Nick grew up working long hours on his family’s alfalfa farm, which created in him a ridiculously strong work ethic and a commitment to living by the motto: “Make hay while the sun shines.” At 19 years old he opted into a two-year humanitarian effort in the jungles of west Africa where he was featured on BBC News after growing an online platform dedicated to shining a light on the vibrant culture there. Upon returning to the United States, he officially began his career in the business world as a door-to-door salesman in the scorching sun of the South. It was during this time that he decided he would build his own empire one day, rather than knocking doors for someone else’s.

The rest, as they say, is history. The next 10 years would see him through several failed tech ventures that landed him $60,000 in debt before he began building what is now a multi 7-figure digital real estate empire. Shortly after smashing into the market of digital real estate that made Nick his first million dollars in just 12 months, he decided to shift his focus to teaching his strategies to others looking to escape the rat race. His online course Digital Landlords currently has hundreds of students of all ages from all over the world creating passive income through Nick’s method of building simple websites for niche services in small markets and renting the leads out to local businesses each month for a profit.
